How long does delivery take?
Same/Next day deliveries are available Mon–Fri and arrive before 8pm, while Canada Post orders receive tracking once processed, typically arrives within 3 business days.
Can I track my order?
You will be notified via text message when the order leaves the warehouse, the text message contains a link to live-track your driver. The second text message will inform you once the driver is 5 minutes away. Please make sure you are available upon delivery for ID check and signature.
For Canada Post, You can track your package directly on Canada Post’s tracking page using the unique tracking number provided by email.
What if I’m not home when my order arrives?
For same/next day deliveries, packages will be delivered the next business day. However, a redelivery fee may apply.
For Canada post, packages are left at the nearest pick up location.
Why is there no update on my tracking information?
Canada Post shipments may experience delays due to weather, holidays, high parcel volumes, or other unforeseen factors, and we’re unable to provide updates once the order leaves our warehouse. You can track your package directly on Canada Post’s tracking page using the unique tracking number provided.
Do you ship across Canada?
We are currently shipping in Ontario. But we are looking to expand, email us at contact@northvape.ca with your province of residence :)
Does my ID need to match the name on my order?
The name on your order must match your government-issued ID to verify that you meet the legal age requirements in accordance with Canadian law.
Ordering
Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?
If you need to cancel/modify an order, please reach out via chat or contact@northvape.ca as soon as possible. Once an order has left our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
Missing items / wrong items upon delivery
Please take clear photos of the items you received. Email these photos to contact@northvape.ca with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, simply reach out via chat or contact@northvape.ca and we would love to assist you in placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We choose Interac e-Transfer to help keep our prices as low as possible for you. Simply send an Interac e-Transfer for the total amount to payments@northvape.ca

What happens to the recycled products?
Once collected, returned items are sent to specialized recycling partners and processed responsibly.
Is my device covered under warranty?
You can visit our Returns & Replacements page for detailed information on warranty coverage for different devices and vaping products. Please note that some manufacturers may offer extended warranty options when contacted directly.
