Refund policy

At North Vape, we’re committed to providing a safe, secure, and transparent shopping experience. Due to the nature of vape products and industry regulations, we follow strict guidelines for what can and cannot be returned.


🔁 Return Eligibility


1. Consumables – Final Sale

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any consumable items, including:

  • E-liquids or nicotine salts
  • Pre-filled pods and cartridges
  • Disposable vapes
  • Coils, cotton, tanks, or any used accessories

These products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.


2. Hardware – Returns Accepted Within 14 Days

We accept returns and exchanges for hardware items (e.g., vape devices, chargers, or batteries) only in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Hardware must be unopened/sealed, or opened only to verify a defect
  • You must provide:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Photo or video evidence

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on stock and issue severity.


🚚 Wrong Item or Incomplete Order – Report Within 7 Days

If your order arrives incorrect or incomplete:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We’ll arrange a corrected shipment or refund as necessary, at no extra cost to you

❗ Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for the following:

  • Consumables (e.g., opened or unopened e-liquids, pods, disposables, coils)
  • Hardware damaged through misuse (e.g., drops, water damage, overcharging)
  • Items returned after the allowed timeframe (14 days for hardware, 7 days for fulfillment errors)
  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Clearance, sale, or discounted items

⚠️ Note: If hardware was opened solely to test for a defect, and found faulty, it may still qualify for return or exchange upon approval.


💳 Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds will be issued either to your original payment method or in the form of store credit
  • Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error form our side

🛠️ How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@northvape.ca and include:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Any photo or video evidence

We’ll review and guide you through the next steps.


We appreciate your business and will do our best to resolve any issues fairly and promptly. North Vape reserves the right to deny returns that don’t meet the conditions above.
