2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be of legal vaping age in your province of residence to access or make purchases on the Site. By registering or placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may request age verification before processing orders.

3. Registration Obligations

If you choose to create an account, you agree to:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or regulatory non-compliance. If you wish to cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately at contact@northvape.ca. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made through approved payment providers. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

8. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays or age verification requirements. We are not liable for late deliveries.

9. Compliance with Canadian Vaping Regulations

You acknowledge that the sale, promotion, and distribution of vaping products in Canada are subject to strict regulations under the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act (TVPA) and provincial laws.
You agree that:

  • You will not purchase products from North Vape on behalf of, or for delivery to, anyone under the legal vaping age in your province of residence.
  • All marketing materials, promotions, and communications you may receive from us are intended solely for verified legal age consumers.
  • We will not provide product recommendations, promotions, or brand-related communications to individuals under the legal vaping age.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order if we have reason to believe it violates age restrictions or applicable laws.
  • Age verification is mandatory and may be required at checkout and/or delivery.
  • Any attempt to bypass these legal requirements may result in account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

10. Limitation of Liability

You use the Site at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Vape is not liable for:
