- $15 Delivery Fee on orders $49+
- or Free Same/Next Day Delivery on orders $139+

Availability
- Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays)
- Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on holidays will be delivered the next business day
Delivery Window
- Orders arrive before 8:00 PM
- You will receive email and SMS updates when your order is:
- Confirmed
- Packed
- Out for delivery
- Once your order is “Out for delivery,” you will receive a tracking link with a live map and ETA
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, courier delays, weather, or age verification requirements. We are not liable for late deliveries.

We currently deliver to major areas within:
Ajax, Brampton, Burlington, Etobicoke, Hamilton, King City, Markham, Milton, Mississauga, Newmarket, North York, Oakville, Pickering, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Toronto, Vaughan, York.
If Same Day Delivery does not appear at checkout but you believe you’re within range, email contact@northvape.ca with your postal code. We are constantly expanding our coverage.
🇨🇦 Canada Post Shipping (Ontario Only)
For customers outside our Same Day Delivery zone, we ship via Canada Post across Ontario.
Shipping Fees
- Free shipping in Toronto area on orders over $49 before tax
- Orders under this amount are subject to a $15 flat shipping fee
Shipping Time
- 1–3 business days delivery
- Orders processed and shipped within 1 business day
- Tracking number sent by email once shipped
Important Notes
- We ship within Ontario only
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally
- All orders are fulfilled from Ontario
- Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and postal volume. We are not liable for courier delays.
🔞 Age Verification (Required for All Orders)
We comply with all federal and provincial laws regarding age-restricted products.
- You must be of legal vaping age in your province
- Government-issued photo ID is required upon delivery
- Packages cannot be left unattended
- If no eligible recipient is present, re-delivery may be arranged (Re-delivery fee will be applied)
- Orders will be cancelled and not refunded if you fail age verification
Delivery agents (Canada Post or local couriers) will request valid ID at the time of delivery.
📬 Missed Deliveries
Same Day Delivery:
Our team will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A fee will apply.
Canada Post:
Your package will be held at your nearest Canada Post outlet for pickup.
